This writ of error is directed to a judgment for the plaintiffs — one a minor, for personal injuries; the other, the father, for medical expenses and loss of earnings of his son — entered on a verdict in a suit based on negligence of the defendant railroad company in operating a train. Referring to the young man as "the plaintiff," the testimony in his case in chief tended to show that he ran for a train standing at the station...
