This appeal is from a decree of the District Court dismissing the plaintiff's bill on finding the patent valid but not infringed. The patent is No. 1,549,177, issued August 11, 1925, to J. F. Allen; the claims in suit are 2-5, 7-9, 12-16. The invention of the patent is an apparatus for molding rubber articles and particularly for making rubber receptacles for storage batteries arranged for conveniently loading the mold and conveniently discharging...
