This was a suit by the trustee of the estate of Joseph A. Caples, who was adjudged bankrupt under a petition filed in September, 1924, against said Joseph A. Caples, his brother Edward Caples, and James L. Marr, as trustees and executors under the will of Margaret A. Caples, the mother of the bankrupt, who died in November, 1919.
