This was an action by the defendant in error, the successor of the San Antonio Brewing Association (herein called the plaintiff), against the plaintiff in error, former collector of internal revenue (herein called the collector), for the recovery of the sum of $237,128.53, with interest thereon. By stipulation of the parties a jury was waived, and the court made findings of facts and conclusions of law, and thereon judgment for the amount sued...
