The appellant in this case alleges that by mesne conveyances he has succeeded to the rights of the original locators of placer mining claims to certain oil and gas bearing land situate in Natrona county, state of Wyoming, and containing what is now known as the Teapot Dome oil structure, included in naval petroleum reserve No. 3, Wyoming No. 1.
