This case comes here upon writ of error to the District Court of the United States for the District of Utah. The plaintiff in error, Charles Peter, was convicted upon two counts of an indictment (counts 2 and 3) charging the plaintiff in error with violation of section 215 of the Penal Code of the United States (18 USCA § 338) in six counts.
