This is an appeal from a decree dismissing a bill on motion, upon the ground that it disclosed no right to equitable relief.

Fontaine, Kansas City Refining Company, Sinclair Crude Oil Purchasing Company, and a fourth defendant Commercial National Bank of Independence, Kan.
