On March 15, 1924, the Cumberland Company distrained upon certain personal property upon land in Allegany county, Maryland, leased to the bankrupt. On March 17, 1924, the Somerset Company levied and distrained upon personal property on leasehold premises of the bankrupt in Somerset county, Pennsylvania.
