This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court of Porto Rico affirming a judgment of the district court of the judicial district of Arecibo, Porto Rico. The plaintiff, the appellant here, assigns as error the admission and exclusion of testimony and the affirmance of the judgment of the district court.
