This is an action of assumpsit in which the plaintiff, Helen A. Wright, claims of the defendant, the Ætna Life Insurance Company, the sum of $15,000, with interest thereon from October 27, 1921, based upon an accident and life insurance policy, insuring Thomas A. Wright, husband of the plaintiff, Helen A. Wright, against disability and death.
