Lurie was convicted of conspiring to violate section 29b (4) of the Bankruptcy Act (section 9613, U. S. C. S., and as now amended, section 52 of title 11, U. S. Code). The thing forbidden is to receive "any material amount of property from a bankrupt after the filing of the petition, with intent to defeat this act."
