Ben Walt was a merchant at Virginia, Minn. On or about December 24, 1924, he turned over what he claims was all of his property to a trustee for his creditors. Thereafter an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed, and he was adjudged a bankrupt on March 19, 1925. W. A. Marin was appointed trustee April 17, 1925.
