This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court for Massachusetts dismissing the bill in equity in the suit brought on the United States letters patent No. 1,156,122, issued to James C. Woodley, October 12, 1915, for improvement in fibrous compositions and processes of manufacture. The plaintiffs, joint owners of the patent, allege that the defendant infringes on process claims 3, 11, 12, 13, and 15, and product claims 17, 18, 19, 20...
