Appellee, the Carter Oil Company, originally brought suit against a number of the appellants, named as defendants, and by the court below designated as the Scott heirs, claiming to be the owner of an oil and gas lease on the allotment of Louisa Fulsom, a Creek Indian, now deceased, praying that its title be established and that the claims of defendants be removed and set aside as a cloud upon that title and for other equitable relief...
