This suit seeks a review, under sections 9 and 5, title 2, of the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA §§ 21, 14), of the action of the appellees in revoking appellant's permit to use specially denatured alcohol in the manufacture of toilet and alcoholic preparations. It also sought injunctive relief, based on the claim of irreparable damages, due to unlawful acts on the part of the appellees...
