This suit, filed March 11, 1925, is a real action — revindication. The two plaintiffs together seek to recover an undivided half interest in a sugar plantation of some 300 acres called Carmelita, near Mayaguez, and also $10,000 a year from May 28, 1906, as rents and profits. Jury was waived. At the close of the plaintiff's evidence the court granted the defendant's motion for a nonsuit, subject to plaintiff's exception. The case comes...
