This is an action for treble damages under the antitrust laws, founded upon an alleged conspiracy, or conspiracies, in restraint of trade. The original declaration has been twice amended after hearings on demurrers, and is now to be regarded as a final statement of the plaintiff's case, at least in substance. The principal question raised by the demurrers of the several defendants is whether any case is stated in the declaration.
