On the 11th day of February, 1927, an order was made in this matter granting to the Fidelity & Deposit Company leave to file a petition in intervention, asking for the allowance of its claim against the receivership, as an unsecured and general creditor, in the sum of $30,547.66. It appears that the receiver has taken the position that its claim can only be allowed in the sum of $25,000, which was the full penalty of the bond given...
