Two of these cases are suits by plaintiffs to recover the difference between 23 cents which they claim was the lawful rate on tin cans at the time of the shipments in question, and 70 cents, which they paid, and one of them is a suit by the railroad company to recover from the defendant a refund which it had made to the defendant on the basis of a recognition that the rate of 23 cents rather than 70 cents was correct.
