This is a bill in equity for infringement of three patents to H. D. Colman. The first is letters patent No. 977,166, applied for January 15, 1906, issued November 29, 1910. The second is No. 1,115,399, applied for May 18, 1906, issued October 27, 1914. This patent is a continuation in part of an application filed October 24, 1894. The third patent is No. 1,442,776, applied for May 19, 1904, and issued January 16, 1923.
