This is a case on cross-appeals from a decree of the United States District Court at Norfolk, Va., in an admiralty suit brought by the libelant-appellee to recover for personal injuries sustained while employed as a stevedore laborer discharging a cargo from the steamship Haraldshaug, at Savannah, Ga.
