These suits were consolidated for final hearing. They present in substance the same controversy. The bill in each case was dismissed and plaintiff has appealed. He claims that he is the owner by purchase of an undivided one-eighth interest in certain oil-bearing lands in the Salt Creek Field, Wyoming, that some of the defendants, without the knowledge or consent of his grantors, obtained leases on said lands from the United States under the Act...
