This is an appeal from a final decree enjoining the City and County of Denver, Colo., hereinafter called the City, from enforcing against the Denver Tramway Company the provisions as to street car fares contained in certain ordinances, and granting other relief. The appeal was taken direct to the Supreme Court of the United States, but was transferred by order of that court to this court, under the authority of the Act of September 14, 1922 ...
