The four plaintiffs in error were found guilty upon an indictment charging them and their several co-defendants with a conspiracy to violate criminal provisions of both the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. § 10138¼ et seq.) and of section 593 of the Tariff Act of 1922 (Comp. St. §§ 5841h12, 5841h13).
