BRYAN, Circuit Judge.

This is an action for an injury which caused the death of A. B. Dodson while he was employed at the mill of the defendant Motor Wheel Corporation. It was brought by Dodson's widow as administratrix, and only claims damages to his estate, although damages sustained by the widow and children are recoverable under the Mississippi statute. Hemingway's Code of 1927, § 515.
