On July 28, 1925, when the petition in bankruptcy was filed against him, the bankrupt was the owner of four policies of life insurance in the aggregate amount of $15,000. Three of these policies had been taken out in 1913 and one in 1917. They were all upon his own life, payable to his wife, Nellie M.
