This is a writ of error to the police court of the District of Columbia to review a decision of that court adjudging plaintiff in error guilty of a violation of subsection (a-c) of section 13, article XI, of the Traffic Regulations of the District, and imposing a fine of $10 or, in lieu of the payment thereof, 10 days in jail.
