On January 20 to 22, 1926, a cargo of 244,675 bushels of No. 2 white oats was loaded on board the steamer H. A. Rock at Chicago. The oats were held at storage there during the winter, and were to be carried by the steamer to Buffalo at the opening of navigation. The entire cargo was, according to the bill of lading, shipped by one shipper, Rosenbaum Bros., Inc., to the order of Eastern Grain Mill & Elevator Corporation, Buffalo, New York...
