This matter comes before the court upon the petition of the People's Bank of Anderson, S. C., for a review of the order of C. E. Cooley, Esq., referee, dismissing petition of said bank, requesting leave to file an amended formal proof of claim in the matter of E. G. Fant, Sr., bankrupt.

There seems to be no dispute as to the facts in this case. The People's Bank was the petitioner, and the sole petitioner that brought the bankrupt...
