This action is for infringement of the first two claims of Letters Patent No. 1,468,289 issued on September 18, 1923, to A. J. Eschenbach, the plaintiff, for a dryer for printing presses and is here on his appeal from a decree of the District Court dismissing the bill on the ground of invalidity of the claims in suit.
