Morris & Co., a corporation of the state of Maine, having its principal office and place of business at Chicago, filed a libel in rem in the United States District Court at Norfolk, Va., against the Japanese steamship Naples Maru on April 28, 1921, for damage to cargo shipped by the corporation upon the vessel from Baltimore to Antwerp and Bordeaux.
