Burgess, A. P. Burgess, and others, for the purpose of foreclosing a lien or mortgage, originally for the sum of $3,500 and executed in February, 1914, on certain real estate by Sarah R. Burgess and Mary M. Burgess, which real estate, or a part thereof...
