This is a proceeding to review a judgment convicting Spiechowicz, a bankrupt, of fraudulently concealing an automobile from his trustee. The indictment is based on section 29b of the Bankruptcy Act (Comp. St. § 9613), which makes it an offense for one to conceal "knowingly and fraudulently * * * while a bankrupt, or after his discharge, from his trustee any of the property belonging to his estate in bankruptcy."
