The above-entitled action is brought by the United States of America against 21 individual defendants and one corporate defendant, several of whom resided outside of this district. Of these latter are the defendants Chase Securities Corporation, William G. Fitzpatrick, Joseph F. Guffey, and John A. MacMartin, who have appeared specially and now ask this court to quash the writ and process and the service thereon.
