This is an appeal from an order of the District Court discharging the rule to show cause why the petition in bankruptcy should not be dismissed.

The petition was filed against Mathias Stipp by Robert J. Doran, trustee in bankruptcy of the International Silk Company, Inc. He alleged that Stipp has less than 12 creditors and that the petitioner has provable claims aggregating $500 and is not entitled to priority. The basis of his claims...
