These are actions in admiralty, No. 3421 in personam and No. 3422 in rem, brought by the Tucker Stevedoring Company against Gahagan, Inc., and the dredge Claremont and Gahagan Dredging Company, to recover damages for injuries to the hoisting steamer Glee in the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal near midnight on December 1, 1923.
