Caldwell, assignor to Caldwell Silo Company, a corporation, covering a "ventilated grain crib stave," and claims Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of patent No. 1,421,763 to Warren A. Caldwell, covering a "grain crib," were duly sustained and held to be infringed by the District Court. This appeal is to review such decree.
