J. Hall Le Blanc, bankrupt, seeks review of a decree of the District Court, sitting in bankruptcy, rejecting his claim of homestead. As the question presented is purely one of law, it will be considered on the bankrupt's petition to superintend and revise, and the appeal will be dismissed.
