The United States Compression Inner Tube Company was adjudicated a bankrupt by the referee in bankruptcy, in the absence of the judge on September 22, 1923. On January 12, 1924, certain stockholders of the company petitioned the court for leave to intervene and to move to set aside the order of the referee adjudicating the company a bankrupt.
