Gates and Eugenia Harralson Gordy, praying for a decree setting aside a certain deed of conveyance made and delivered by Mrs. Gates to Mrs. Gordy, and also for a decree of specific performance for the conveyance of the same property to the plaintiff by Mrs. Gates.
