Plaintiff in error was convicted in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on both counts of an indictment charging the violation of the Act of Congress of October 23, 1918, amendatory of section 35 of the Criminal Code of the United States (40 Stat. 1015; Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1919, § 10199).
