The bill in this case was filed in the lower court by James McDonald, Jr., the only child and heir at law of James McDonald, deceased, a resident of the District of Columbia at the time of his death, alleging that certain provisions of the last will and testament of the decedent are in conflict with the law against perpetuities, and are therefore void, and praying the court accordingly to decree that plaintiff is entitled as sole heir at law...
