The Randall Control & Hydrometric Corporation appeals from an order enjoining it from infringing on claims 14, 15, 20, 21, and 22 of letters patent No. 1,160,315, issued to Emerson R. Newell in November, 1915. The Elevator Supplies Company, appellee, owns the patent, the validity of which is not involved.
