These proceedings present a controversy between a purchaser for value of a note and chattel mortgage and the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the mortgagors' estate, brought here by both appeal and petition to revise. The bankrupt is a partnership composed of three members, one of whom resided in Pulaski County, Arkansas, when the mortgage was given, and the other two in Crittenden County, in that State.
