This is an action in assumpsit, brought by Rosa B. Tabor, plaintiff, against the Mutual Life Insurance Company, a corporation, defendant, to recover on a policy of insurance issued by the defendant to Clifton C. Tabor, in which policy plaintiff was named beneficiary. Upon the conclusion of all the evidence, the trial court, on motion of the defendant, directed the jury to find a verdict for the defendant, which was accordingly done, and judgment...
