This is an appeal from the District Court of the United States for the District of Massachusetts, denying a certificate of naturalization to the petitioner on May 26, 1924, on the ground that, in the questionnaire submitted to him in September, 1918, under the Selective Service Act, he claimed exemption because of alienage.
