A.) 12 F.2d 755, this day decided, except that the legal services involved here are for work done in filing and prosecuting to a decree and sale an ancillary foreclosure suit to foreclose the identical mortgage upon a tank farm, some surface acreage, and a warehouse, the latter seemingly...
