On December 6, 1923, one William H. Moore of Baltimore, Md., was duly adjudged a bankrupt, and thereafter in due course appellant, Mullen, was elected trustee in bankruptcy of his estate. On October 6, 1921, more than two years prior to the adjudication, the bankrupt conveyed a lot of ground and improvements thereon in the city of Baltimore to one Knapp, admittedly a "straw man," who immediately reconveyed the property to Moore and his wife...
