Defendant in error, hereinafter called the furniture company, sued plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the lumber company, for the breach of four alleged contracts for the sale of lumber. This is the second trial of the cause; in the first there was a judgment for the lumber company, which, on error, was reversed and remanded. In the instant case the court directed a verdict for the furniture company in the sum of $10,145 with interest...
