This is a suit instituted by a large number of persons, owners of motor vehicles, in behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, against the Secretary of State of the state of Oregon, to enjoin him from exacting the annual registration or license fees for motor vehicles, imposed by chapter 371 of the 1921 General Laws of the State, as being in contravention of the Rural Post Roads Act...
